Nice idea and crop but not sure about the colours. And it looks like you have used a burn tool behind the subject?

Colors look a bit dark.

Try to crop at 2 by 3 ratio for the portrait presentation.

Pretty nice work.

Would play around more with the cropping to not have some of the leaves cut off.

Could use more contrast as well.
