Nobody learns anything by doing that!
If you don't like an artwork and have nothing to say (constructive critique) don't bother casting a vote (imho).
This work...
Nice sunset with the almost orange colored sky.
Wish for more details in the foreground houses.
Now it is to dark to see details but you still see more than having the buildings shown as silhuettes.

I'm trying to find photos taken amateurish. I can not understand my poor english written criticism quickly.

I agree with moser on details.
I wish those high buildings behind the three in front wasn't there. Would have been a better siluette without em.
Also they seem to be leaning just a bit to the right.

One thing that has not been mentioned is that you have a (very) small horizon tilt in this image which can be a bit distracting? Could also be an effect of distortion I am seeing though, not so sure there.
You managed to get the exposure right, there are almost no lost highlights or shadows. The composition could be improved in my opinion: Aiming a bit lower so that the main attraction of the image (silhouettes + sky) move further up in the image. This gives it the chance to display good detail in the foreground while still having the skyscape in the picture. Quite good! But there are things to be improved
